Interesting role. Seems like a fast growing startup with a lot of potential. You actually interview with the founders. Process was like any other fin tech company except the one co founder came off as abrasive in our interview. Would not want to work for him.

After my second interview i have never heard from them again, even though i sent a couple of emails. I dont mind the rejection but its just unprofessional to deal with your candidates like that.
It was pretty simple. Hiring manager was kind and attentive. She was also relatable and easy to talk to. Overall, the interview process at Deel was good. Although, they could do better.
