Deel interview questions

My interview experience was pretty terrible. I applied for a mid senior position and I was asked to do a quite time consuming assignment even before the first interview. I sent it and I got no answer before the interview. The interview was quite short, I got no feedback at all on the assignment and the person who interviewed me seemed to be quite busy and really uninterested. I then received a copy paste email saying that I didn't get the job (I consider myself quite lucky at this point) and they added that they can't provide feedback due to the high number of applicants.... I mean, get an HR team? :D Definitely will not apply to this company ever again, there are more serious remote first companies around

Base is a little low, interviewers were very nice and professional. It seems like a cool place to work at. Commission plan is very competitive, the product seems like an easy sell
