I had a two-stage interview process — first with HR and then with a team member. Both interviews went well, and I was told to expect a final interview soon. However, I didn’t hear back for several weeks and had to follow up multiple times to get an update.
Eventually, I was informed that the job description had changed to a more senior role. It would have been appreciated if this change had been communicated proactively, rather than after repeated follow-ups. Additionally, there was no explanation provided for why the role shifted after two interviews, which left the experience feeling unclear and somewhat unprofessional.
Bait and switch by the book, interview for an EM position but the interviewer doesn’t care at all about your background and just tries to push you into other open roles. Complete lack of respect and a waste of time
It's a fairly straightforward process consisting of approximately three rounds and a task. They ask questions to get to know you, assess your understanding of the company, and evaluate your experience in similar roles.
