I went through the first two steps of the interview process but decided not to proceed further. While the process was structured and efficient, I personally didn’t connect with the energy of the team I spoke with. The interaction felt impersonal — more like I was being evaluated as a number rather than a person.
During the second interview, the team lead came across as impatient and repeatedly asked the same question, even after I had already answered it clearly. It left me wondering whether my responses were truly being heard. That experience made me feel that the communication style and team culture might not be the right fit for me.
I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but based on my experience, I chose not to move forward.
