I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deel in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was flawed. First off, they keep advertising the same role every few weeks-a red flag.
The interviewer in my case had only been in the company for a month and could not answer any of the questions I had, He kept referring me back to the talent acqusition specialist.
I honestly thought Deel hires top tier talent but I was shocked after this interaction. You can get in, as long as someone refers you and you don't intimidate the hiring manager.

Why do you want to work here?
What was the largest team you ever managed?
What CRM have you used previously?
Landed with a great recruiter who reached out the day I applied. Clearly laid out expectations for role + interview process.
Process consisted of interview with manager, followed by mock discovery call with 2 managers, then final interview with Director of Expansion. Received verdict less than 24 hours after final interview.
At first meeting with the HR manager, then a home task which wasn't that challenging to solve. Deel responded quickly after submitting, but my solution was rejected for unclear reasons.
