After the interview I then got to speak to upper management and learn more about their work and what I can get involved in.
After this I was then offered the job, that same day. Only about 6 hours later, however usual turn around is a few weeks. I just applied to a smaller office.

The process was straightforward, we started off with an HR interview, then a case study, then a technical meeting with the hiring manager(s). Finally an interview with the partner.
Overall it is a standard corporate interview process and lasted about a month.

The interview process was thorough but fast and had two rounds.The first round was with HR where it was mostly general questions, followed by another interview with the department where it was both general and technical. Also did a test.
