I feel like I was strung along through the process. When I would inquire about my candidacy, then they would schedule another interview. Once I stopped inquiring, no info or follow up even though I went through multiple rounds of interviews and spoke with about 4-6 people.
Not what I would expect from Deloitte. Disappointing recruitment process.
behavioral and a case pitch. very general behavioral questions, about 5 questions were asked and the case isn't very hard. 2 interviews both about half an hour long. the interviewer were very nice.

Interview
Online application, then an invitation for small group interview (a month between these two). The group interview was comprised by 5 people and 2 evaluators (Director/Manager), and two parts. First part the group had to discussed about the case, which was alright, as everybody had the chance to speak. Second part was a 20-minute individual interview, mainly about behavioral questions. After a week, they sent an invitation for a second interview (Partner/Director) which was about 40 minutes, mainly personal questions (personality, ambition, etc.). Everybody was super friendly which made the process very smooth. The offer came after two weeks through email/phone.
