The first phase involves an easy test of excel and quantitative methods in front of a PC, the second phase involves interview by 2 managers asking you to present your incentives and skills you may offer, the third phase is with a high-ranking manager who repeats that process. The process is relatively easy for someone that match their requirements

They ask pretty hard questions. But you can prepare for them. A tip from me would be read some books about consulting (if you're looking for a consulting job) and the recruitment process of the big 4. You'll be allright. Be confident, but not arrogant.
