Question 1
How can I apply my skills to the consulting career?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
I had two back-to-back interviews, each 45 minutes in duration (30 minute case study and 15 minute behavioural). After hearing back from the firm, I had a final roundtable with a group of senior leaders. The process was great - the firm was very transparent; no surprises. The cases were not too difficult if you have prepared - if you came in for the interview unprepared then it would have been quite hard.

Question 1
If you could create a new service line for our practice, what would it be and why?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deloitte (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
2 rounds of case/behavioral interviews with multiple interviewers. Behavioral was pretty standard, asking about leadership, times you've failed/succeeded etc. Cases were of mixed difficulty but generally not unfair, as far as cases go. Very conversational. Screwed up one of the cases a little but they weren't really interested in the answer, more the process.
