Written Test followed by JAM session and Personal Interview. Firstly an adaptive test was conducted by AMCAT, 60 out of 450 got shortlisted. The JAM session had common topics like your favorite moment in school, favorite movie or character, public speaking etc. The personal interview was CV based and the interviewer was really polite.

Deloitte on campus hiring Two profiles were offered. I applied for BTA profile. There are 3-4 rounds (all elimination) 1. Online Test: Adaptive test consisting of verbal, logical reasoning and quantitative questions. 2. On clearing the online test the next round is a group discussion case study round and/or a JAM (just a minute) round. 3. HR interview round: General hr questions are asked. They view how confident and comfortable the candidate is in having a good conversation in english.
