Interview
1. Initial Application and Resume Review:
Your resume and application will be reviewed to determine if you meet the basic requirements for the position.
2. Online Assessments:
This may include quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, coding skills, or other tests depending on the role.
3. First Round Interview:
This could be a phone screen with a Talent team member, or an initial in-person or video interview. It often includes behavioral and competency-based questions, exploring your experience and how you demonstrate Deloitte's values.
4. Technical/Case Interview (for certain roles):
This assesses your problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure, often involving a business case or scenario.
5. Behavioral Interview:
This focuses on your leadership, teamwork, and other soft skills using behavioral interview techniques like STAR method.
6. Skills-Based Tests/Case Studies:
Some roles may require specific tests or case studies to assess your technical skills and abilities.
7. Final Round Interview (Manager and above):
This involves a deeper discussion with a Partner to evaluate your technical and motivational fit for the role, team, and firm.

Entered through the graduate program, where I gained foundational training, hands-on experience, and exposure to key business functions, setting the stage for my growth and contributions within the company. Yep
It is a two stages interview processes, you got group assessments and interview with senior manager, then another interview with another manager. It is not very intense, but need to be prepared.
