Interview
I initially applied online via an ad on Top Consultant that linked to the official website. After initial screening I was invited to an invitation only group session. This session was held in order to explain to all potential candidates the verticals and sub-dividions within deloitte and the work that they do. At this stage everyone was very professional and courteous - and I was suitably impressed, and could imagine myself working there. The next stage was supposed to be an assessment test - verbal + numeric .. and I performed well and was told that I would be carried on to the enxt stage. Its from this stage that I found communicating with the recruiters incredibly unprofessional. Most of the time they did not even have the courtesy of replying to emails even after more than a week. At one point randomly I get asked for a phone interview without any prior notice. - At this point the complete lack of interest and courtesy shown to me by Deloitte, completely put me off the whole recruitment process. And so I chose not to pursue this any further. I would like to work for an org that respects people and their time, and does not treat candidates like beggars.

Interview
The interview process depended on who you interviewed with. My first and final round went well but my middle round could have been better and almost stopped me from proceeding to the final round in person.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Nothing was particularly difficult. It is only the people that can be difficult. For the second round interview over the phone, you really need to showcase that you know what your are talking about and provide relevant examples with metrics.
