Great. Thorough process which included technical questions and cultural fit for the team. Relatively formal but very considered in their approach, made sure to put me at ease. Each individual had their own unique style of testing me out and throwing in a curveball.

3 x interviews. All had 1 generic case study + specific case study which the interviewer had experienced on the job. 2 x director interviews and 1 x partner interview
Robust process with multiple rounds of interviews with executives at different levels. This included having a separate technical round, followed by a general management, followed by the director/partner interview. The whole process took about a month and a half.
HR call followed by first round then technical case interview. The case was on normalized EBITDA for an acquisition that was being planned which was similar work to the role i was applying for
