Deloitte Manager interview questions

I landed an interview with a referral. I had an initial written round about what it means to work with Deloitte and how your experience fits, the usual HR questions. Later, I had an interview with two people - Senior Manager and Director. It was not hard, but in the end, they asked me what I wanted to work on. I was flexible with any project - which is what I mentioned. Not sure what they heard, but they felt that there was not a fit between my experience and their projects. Must say though that the experience was extremely good and they are one of the very few employers who took the initiative to reject me personally (no ghosting or automated mail) and give a short feedback.

3 rounds over multiple weeks. This was pre-pandemic so it was in-person. Prior to the interview rounds, there was a screening process where I spoke to a recruiter at least twice.
