I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Pune) in Aug 2023
Interview
I got a call from a third party company that my profile has been shortlisted and they will be conducting a level 1 round via zoom call. I had a look at the JD but the technology skillset was a bit different than mine. There were additional skills required which I did not have. I asked the person who called me about the same. She said it's fine you can still go for the interview. I cleared the level 1 round. It was technical. He asked questions in my technology. Then they scheduled my second face to face interview with Deutsch bank at 4 PM. I reached the venue at 4 PM. There were people waiting since 9 AM for the interviews. Some of them had their L1 and L2 rounds and we're waiting for feedback. One of the candidate directly had L2 and HR round and in HR round she was asked to give L2 interview. Another candidate directly had L2 and the candidate said that they didn't ask even a single technical question and rejected her. I was the last candidate. My turn came at around 6.50 PM. No other candidate was present. The interviewer asked me questions just about my cv. Nothing technical. And after 10 minutes he said I'm done from my end. And I got the negative feedback. It felt like they took many interviews just for the sake of it. There were some candidates who just left because they couldn't wait any longer. Very bad interview experience. I feel like I wasted my time.

This interview process was easy, straightforward, and had the benefit of being in person. I got to speak with many people on the team and get a sense of diverse experiences.
