Deutsche Bank interview questions

Initial process was standard phone interview with HR. If approved, in person interview with Director and Manager. Follow up interview with team lead. Key points were experience, ability, and understanding of production issues. Ability to articulate ideas and opinions was main focus.

The entire process began with on campus interviewing and information sessions. Initial interviews were given on a first come, first served basis immediately following the information session. Within a few days I had a phone interview set up with a group. Shortly after that interview, I was scheduled for an office visit which would entail a 1:1 interview with a Director. Additionally, they scheduled two more in-person interviews on the same day. By the time I was done, the entire process took a week. I had an offer just a few days after those interviews, after completing some additional paperwork.
