Discover Customer Service interview questions

Phone Interview later followed by in person interview with a recruiter and managers. I waited for a little while but it seems the manager was not readily available to meet with me. It seemed as though it was not scheduled in advance.

The interview was conducted by two high level managers within the company, that mainly focused on asking behavioral questions. They were more focus on seeing how you would deal with situation when working in a team environment.
