Discover Customer Service interview questions

I had an amazing experience with them. When I applied, they called me about a week later, so don't get discouraged! When they called me, it was about a 10 minute interview and at the end she asked me to come in for an in person interview with her, which was the next day. The interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. She made me feel comfortable, we talked as if she was a friend of mine. At the end of the interview, there was a card game that she had me do, there was 12 cards, 3 columns and you'd separate them, your weaknesses, inbetween and your strengths, as I was doing that, she went out to the hiring manager and asked if she'd like to have an interview with me. She than came back and said that I got a 2ND interview and told me the dates she was available. Than we continued the game, she picked a card from each column and asked a question about each of them. When we were done, she gave me a tour of the area that I would possibly be working in. The 2ND interview was the following week on Tuesday and it took about 20-30 minutes. She asked pretty much the same questions as the first interview. She as well made me feel super comfortable. At the end she told me I'd get a call within the next 48 hours if I got the job or they'd email me if they found a different candidate. About 30 minutes later, she called me and offered me the job.
