I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dynatrace in Jan 2024
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter asking me to send over availability for an initial phone screen. In the email, they specified, "Please be aware you will be required to work EST hours for this role and you will be required to work 2 days a week out of our Denver, CO office. If this will not work for you, we should not move forward in the process." I asked about the specific hours on EST, received a response, then asked if those hours would be reflected within the office days. The recruiter did not know and told me they would get back with me. It felt like there was some confusion around the hours. The use of vague terms like Eastern hours or normal hours can lead to miscommunication, which is why it's important to have these specifics known and laid out ahead of time. I felt that the recruiter and company were very strict regarding hours and environments, while simultaneously unorganized. As someone with a disability, I need a company that is understanding and accommodating. I told the recruiter all of this and I did not receive a response back,
