I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Boston, MA) in May 2025
Interview
I applied and was contacted a few days later. First a phone screen, then with the hiring manager and finally team members. The recruiter could not have been nicer or more professional. She kept me in the loop every step of the way with frequent check-ins. The whole experience was impressive from start to finish! I’d say 6 weeks total time from when I applied to the offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we had a phone call where I explained that I hadn't applied for the job due to some technical requirements I lacked. He encouraged me to apply anyway, assuring me that there would be a learning curve on the job. I applied and had two nice meetings, one with the manager and another with team members. After that, I was ghosted. When I followed up, I received a generic rejection email. My disappointment isn't with being rejected, but with how the process was handled and the lack of respect for everyone's time.
