The interview process at Dynatrace was very slick. I had an initial discovery call with a recruiter, then I met the SDR Manager & Director as well as the UK Sales Director. The final interview was a presentation to those mentioned as well as some senior HR representatives. There was also a psychometric test/interview as the concluding conversation. Dynatrace were very thorough, but the interviews were engaging and enjoyable. Sandeep Lawrence (Senior Recruiter) was excellent and made sure the whole process ran smoothly as my main point of contact, providing honest and clear feedback as well as ensuring the expectations for each stage were clearly set. Sandeep managed to keep the process short and concise which is a credit to her considering she was managing peoples time when they were working remotely in the virus period. It was a great process and gave off a really good first impression.
