Dynatrace interview questions

Several 1-2-1 interviews with HR, several managers both at country and regional level There was also a panel interview where you have to do a PPT presentation of the company and its products. Everyone involved was extremely professional, I received a feedback shortly after every round and the process was smooth and moved quickly. Most of the questions were about my previous working experience and my motivation.

The interview process at Dynatrace was very slick. I had an initial discovery call with a recruiter, then I met the SDR Manager & Director as well as the UK Sales Director. The final interview was a presentation to those mentioned as well as some senior HR representatives. There was also a psychometric test/interview as the concluding conversation. Dynatrace were very thorough, but the interviews were engaging and enjoyable. Sandeep Lawrence (Senior Recruiter) was excellent and made sure the whole process ran smoothly as my main point of contact, providing honest and clear feedback as well as ensuring the expectations for each stage were clearly set. Sandeep managed to keep the process short and concise which is a credit to her considering she was managing peoples time when they were working remotely in the virus period. It was a great process and gave off a really good first impression.
