I applied online. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Feb 2019
Interview
The position is focus on database. So after a brief phone screen with HR, talking about your background, there was a 1.5h technical interview. I interviewed with one of their senior database developer, the whole process only took 1h because I didn't perform well. Technical, basic questions were asked, all database questions, then he gave me two sql questions to type the query through Skype chat. The process was formal, asking a lot about the database. So read the JD and you will know what skills will be tested.
