4. Technical interview (1.5h) by Skype with video. Soft skills, hard skills, some task to write a small piece of code
5. Interview with Hiring Manager to discuss all details about project, position, and conditions
6. Offer by mail + follow-up phone call
7. Offer accepted
8. Required paperwork, obtaining a visa, relocation from Russia to Poland

Its bit hard to crack. A extensive coding round followed by more than 2 technical rounds and a hr round. Need not to be worry about salary. They are ready to give anything for a good candidate

It’ takes quiet long to set up first interview. I was contracted by recruiters but didn’t get any response after submitting my resume. A month later, I got an email for interview. You will have take interviews through Epam video chat system, where you will be tested on coding as well.
