The interview was with one of the directors. It started way too informal given I met him for the first time. Initially I confused it for friendliness. He then started bombarding me with personal questions offering not to answer if I do not feel comfortable. And personal questions continued pouring. It was not friendliness. The individual was simply learning my success story for himself, possibly, finding it unreal due to his own inability to achieve anything of this nature. It was jealousy, lack of trust, intimidation - all in one. The entire interview had little to do with discussing applicability of my skills and achievements. This is the most humiliating interview experiences I had in my long career. Maybe directors at this organizations feel entitled to act like this. Maybe this is an acceptable standard. Not in million years I would see myself working for this business.
