EPAM Systems Software Engineer interview questions

Asking about very low level and theoretical stuff while the position was meant to be senior/high level in terms of coding + completely no discussion about past experiences in scope of future duties/responsibilities (they said they "have their process, but even though candidates say it doesn't make sense, company don't want to change it")
