EY Analyst interview questions

Process was quite short - two case/behavioral interviews. On the beginning everything was fine and interview 1 + Talent Acquisition Team was very professional. However, after 1st case interview I didn't get any update for two weeks. I have made it to 2nd interview, but unfortunately my experience was very bad. Interviewer was not interested in my thinking and knowledge, but in constantly pointing out my errors. It is a junior position, but he seemed like he wanted to prove something. Moreover, after this one I also didn't receive an update for two weeks and have to ask for it. I have received automatic response (and of course no feedback). Much worse experience comparing to MBB firms.

The interview process was so smooth. They make me so comfortable, Hr associate was so good and polite. I got 2 rounds of interview 1st round was with, Senior Consultant and then 2nd round was with The Partner after that HR round l. My overall experience was so good and The feedback on interview was very fast and good. It is good according to candidates. I am very happy that I atleast got an interview. Thank you Ey
