EY Assistant Audit interview questions

I had applied through referral. Received call from HR 9 days after application submitted and asked to complete 1 online interview prior to my interview with hiring manager. Online interview took about 30 mins and it was asking some behavioral questions. 15 minutes before my interview with hiring manager, was asked to complete an essay. The hiring manager was nice, friendly and willing to share. Some

30 Min. Gespräch mit HR und anschliessend 1h mit Manager und Director. Kurzer Case Study bzw. Analyse einer Bilanz. Sehr angenehme Stimmung, das Gespräch war sehr locker und kollegial. Die Persönlichkeit und die Motivation stand vor allem im Mittelpunkt.
