Interview
Easy, met with managers and partners. Rather quick and easy process compared to other banks. Only one round is required vs 5 rounds for other banks and MNCs . Should be fine if you have done sufficient preparation ahead, just be yourself

Unorganized and no feedback given.
Out of a pool of 300-400 candidates they just select 1-2. . No proper procedure was followed they were just filtering candidates on random rounds. Candidates should be provided with a feedback.

Interview
The process included aptitude, paragraph writing, and interviews with HR, manager and senior manager.
The HR interview understood about the skills we have and in the other rounds we had discussed per the resume.
