I got called a day after my application. The first stage is phone interview asking simple questions on the resume. Then HR will give online assessment. No technical questions, it is more to asking your action to the real life situations. Then I got call a week after the assessment to f2f interview session with senior manager. I got asked some technical questions and the interviewers runs through the resume and certs asking for more details.

They were the rudest people out of the Big 4. A recruiter threw my resume into the reject pile after looking at my face, and the other recruiter a week later during the in-person interview started the conversation with - "Don't you get it?" This experience was something to never forget and I can't believe a great firm does that to people
