it was a relatively easy interview. 2 behavorial interviews by two different interviews. You dont need to know technical skills. They contacted me after i sent in an applciation saying they liked my resume and i was selected to interview

First round via Teams with a HR representative from Geneva office. Second round in person technical interview with a manager and a partner directly at the Lausanne office. Eventually received a phone call from the same HR lady announcing me I had the job about two weeks later.
