Three rounds of behavioral interviews - very focused on team work. Be prepared for multiple interviewers that actually work or the firm, not just there talent acquisition team. interviews were over zoom due to COVID issues. Internship will have the option to do some days in the office. Sent numerous links to prepare you for the interview and address technical difficulties if they came up.

Interview

30 minute pre recorded interview was the first round. Then the second round was about 1 month later and consisted of (2) 30minute interviews with partners in the audit practice. That same week I heard back via phone call that I got the position.

Interview

First interview was with virtual prerecorded questions. Once I made it to the final round I had two one on one interviews. The interviewers could not of been less interested to be doing it, ones phone was going off during it. Felt disrespectful.
