Molto cordiali, sicuramente sanno mettere a proprio agio chi hanno di fronte senza incutere soggezione. Danno una sensazione di forte lavoro di squadra. Ottimo anche il fatto che prima dei colloqui individuali propongano una breve presentazione della società.
