Very efficient online process, first application through their webpage then 2 online tests one for English language and another for cognitive skills. Fast and informative selections process, they keep applicants informed via emails and sms.

50 minute interview with Partner. Started with a 5 minute presentation and follow-up questions (how to convince people of your opinion). Second section included strength/behavioural questions (tell me about a time when...) and third section included generic motivation questions (why EY and why Audit).
