Interview
The Hiring process is standard with 3 stages for each candidate. First stage is a role playing group interview with different singular tests about accounting, logic, mathematic and english. Second stage is more specific on accounting principle with reasoning on a real case with 2-3 managers. Third stage is a motivational interview with the office partner.

Question 1
Most difficult questions are about accounting and reasoning, most important stage where is based more or less the 80% of decision
There are usually 3 steps. in the first one the candidate gets 3 assessments, (economics, written english and spoken english). The second one is an interview with some managers, usually two, and the final step an inteview with the partner.

Interview
The Interview process was as follows:
Firstly, I had a personal interview with someone from HR who asked the regular questions.( Why Ernst& Youg?Why did you choose your career? Strenghts and Weaknesses?)
Afterwards I had to pass an accounting and an english test.
Secondly, I had an interview with a audit senior manager where we review the accounting test and also asked me more technical questions.
Finally I had an interview with an audit partner which is more a formalism because if you arrive at that step you are almost hired.
