Interview
There is a online test, a phone interview, 2 interviews (one with HR, another with management). Then there is a group project, another group presentation and finally a individual presentation.

Interview
It was converational and I felt comfortable. The questions were mixed between technical and behavioural but if you know your CV and yourself, it should go smoothly. They do not interrupt you and take real interest in your experience. The behavioural questions were aimed at my intentions and why I wanted to join the firm, what did I want to get out of the firm and if I want to work myself up to the top.
