I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
Went through campus recruiting, first had to do a few "games" then was selected for a first round recorded interview. There were about 5 questions, pretty simple Why EY/audit. Then, had two 30 min video interviews with seniors from the NYC office. They were super nice and it was very conversational, not intimidating at all. They asked me tell me about yourself and probably 4 other behavioral questions, pretty easy and they seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Paris) in Apr 2020
Interview
1 online personality test and then 2 interviews. The process was 100% online for me as it was during covid. The first interview was a group work : we were in a group of 5 other candidates and had to work on a case while 2 interviewers were watching us and how we interacted with one another. The second interview was an individual interview (motivation, who we are ect). Overall nice experience
