EY Auditeur interview questions

This was for the Audit internship which consisted of an on campus interview and an in office interview with 2 members of Management. The interviews are behavioral. They are mainly looking to see that you fit the culture of EY and are willing to learn and work hard.

The interview was very conversational. I was asked a series of behavioral questions and the interviewer highlighted that my calmness during the interview was the most impressive thing. I would definitely say that calmness and confidence, in addition to being able to make the interview conversational, are major factors for these interviews. This is only my first round though.
