I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
It was a good experience overall, and very conversational. Very professional environment but it looks like the interviewers are all programmed to say certain things about the company/ work-life balance.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (College Station, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was an on campus interview, they mainly wanted to see if you had the mindset to be a part of their company. They know you can do the work and have the base knowledge, but they want to see if you'll be a good fit for the job you're applying for and for their work environment.

Question 1
Why are you applying for the field you're applying for? What makes you a good fit?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very quick process. Applied online through their website and got a call within a week inviting me for a pre interview event and an interview. The pre interview event was nice since we got to meet the partners, managers and current graduates and ask questions. The interview was very relaxed and was general no trick question or intimidation, it was carried out by a partner and manager. I had the interview on a Friday and got an offer on Monday morning.
