I applied online through my school's site and I was contacted via email by the recruiter about my interview. After the first interview which was on my school's campus, I was invited to a second interview. The second interview consisted of three thirty minute interviews and a dinner. About a week or so later all of the candidates were contacted about their individual offers.

Question 1
What has been a recent problem for you and how did you overcome it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Redwood City, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied through on campus recruiting, got first round on campus interview, then flew to have second round interview in office. All questions were behavioral/about your resume. Talking with other interviewees, I think it was a consensus that the first round interview was actually more difficult and more serious while the second round superday interviews were more laid-back. So if you get an in-office interview, know that your chances are pretty good!

Question 1
What do you like and dislike about working in a team?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY
Interview
My interview process went very smooth. I would say that networking is the most important thing you can do. If the interviewers REALLY like you and you have some sort of experience with leadership, communication, and working with teams, there is no reason why you shouldn't get an offer.
