Resume/CV submission: Candidates apply through an online portal or email. Screening: Recruiters review applications to filter candidates based on qualifications, experience, and role fit. Conducted by HR or a recruiter to assess basic qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and motivation. Often lasts 15-30 minutes and ensures alignment with the company’s expectations.

Very friendly but do ask some difficult behavior questions, two rounds of interviews back to back. Introduced themselves first and asked me to introduce my self. Overall pretty casual conversation if you research beforehand
