EY Auditing interview questions

Pre-recorded interview prior to person to person interview. The pre-recorded part was new and different. It felt little uncomfortable talking to a screen, but understandable since this method of communication is now being used more often. The 1 to 1 part were fair questions about character, problem-solving etc.

Application process was simple and efficient. HR could improve with fine details. Was somehow difficult to arrange a phone interview. Interview was very informal. Interviewer made me feel very comfortable.
