EY Consultant Junior interview questions

Interviews held with human ressources and consultants / partner. Professional and enjoyable overall experience, HR provided feedback following interviews and process was globally fluid. Enjoyed the conversations with consultants from different backgrounds / experiences.

EY is one of the best companies I’ve faced with with very clear processes that gives you a very good impression. The interview process was in 4 parts: 1. Quite easy case studies in your native language and a local one, a quite hard English test. 2. An one-hour interview with an HR 3. An one-hour interview with the team 4. 30 mins interview with the head of the team. I must admit that people are very smart and pleasant, as well as very polite and friendly. Mostly EY is interested in your motivation to work there and if you get along with the team. I absolutely loved the interview process.
