EY Consultant Junior interview questions

The first step is a phone call where they ask just a few questions to test your motivation and explain the process. Then follows an online test (verbal reasoning and a personality test) however you never get any result from this. Then a technical test in the office which is very easy just to test the basic knowledge. After that follows an interview with HR and two interviews with peolple working in the department in which they ask more technical questions.
