I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY
Interview
I had three interviews with EY: phone interview with internal recruiter (early Sept), phone interview with FMA manager (mid Sept), and skype interview with regional manager (early Oct). My final interview with EY ended with the regional mgr considering me for a higher up position within the company. I followed up three times thereafter, and never received a definitive response as to whether or not they'd hire me. They still have yet to call me back. A HUGE waste of my time, and extremely unprofessional!

Typical interview questions: why do you want to work for EY? Strengths/Weaknesses? Describe a difficult situation you were in and how you resolved it. Why would you be a great fit?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I applied and received a call back after a long time. First came the phone interview, basic questions about background. Not hard at all. Second interview was a video conference with the hiring manager based in CA. A LOT of details about the position, company, roles that you'll be playing, etc. A lot of explanations with the billing, modeling techniques, etc. Third interview was with Director; Absolutely horrible. Kept interrupting every time i was answering her question. Very rude. Glad I don't have to work for her or her dept. That's for sure.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Jan 2011
Interview
I did the phone interview in December, after the holidays, I have not heard from them, so I decided to send a follow up email, and they told me they wanted me to come visit the office and meet with people of the team I may work for. That is scheduled for Wedneday January 12th... Extremely nervous, and not sure what to expect from the interview... Will keep you updated on the outcome...
