The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
Submit resume and cover letter. Initial interview was a one on one campus interview. Then the prospective candidates were flown out to LA where there was a three interview process with levels of different management. You're assigned a buddy to take you everywhere during the day.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2009
Interview
I applied to the EY through my university and began with a first round interview with a partner. The questions were pretty difficult. All behavior in regards to how I've handled past difficulties. I thought I did terribly but I was called back later that week with a second interview. My process took longer than average because I was applying for a position in a different state and how to wait for their interviews to begin. Overall the entire process was easy and the questions weren't too difficult or technical.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you faced difficulty in a team.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Oct 2009
Interview
It was extremely easy-going and laid-back. A lot of behavioural questions and background questions - how would your best friend describe you? etc. Not as many questions about your resume, but make sure you present a solid front. The interviewer was deceptively friendly and led me to not-so-positive comments, so MAKE SURE you always stay positive - this is key! They want amiable, positive, friendly, and people who they can easily integrate into their community.
