The super day seemed intimidating at first but honestly, the people were friendly and they just wanted to get to know more about you. Two interviews are based on behavioral questions focusing mainly on how you interact in a team setting, and there is one case study. I suggest to practice behavioral interview questions because they can be difficult to answer on the spot if you've never practiced. Also, look over consulting case studies to develop your critical thinking skills.

It is fairly smooth and friendly. I got two behavioral interviews after the recorded video interview. The recorded interview will give you two times to record. The behavioral interview asks about leadership and teamwork
