EY Intern interview questions

After applying through an employee referral, I was scheduled a phone interview a couple of months later. It was a competency-based interview talking about my own motivations and strengths and why EY. We discussed my cv and my experiences.

I applied on-line, after 4 weeks I was invited to take part in a Skype interview. The interview with the recruiter went really well, the one with the manager was terrible though. It was supposed to last 1 hour but lasted 7 mintutes plus the manager was 15 minues late.
