English proficiency test (essay and grammar), 2-to-1 interview with the Director and an employee from hiring department.
The interview session consists of mainly get-to-know-you questions and questions based on your resume.

Describe an issue you faced during a team assignment and how you resolve it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
1 interview on campus, followed by an office visit. Office visit consisted of a short presentation, two interviews (with partner and senior manager), and lunch with an associate. Lots of recruiting events (dinners, socials, networking) dispersed throughout the two interviews. Heard back the next day. The people of EY are incredibly friendly - my interviews were very conversational and relaxed.

Interview
The hiring process started with online aplication. After some time I received a link to an online test to fulfill. Next step was assesment center at their main office - it lasted aproximatly 1 hour and consisted of 3 test - numerical, verbalreasoning and english test. After few days I got an invitation to 2 interviews - first with a manager and second with HR member.
Unfortunately due to some misinformation I was directed to the manager from the wrong department so I had to come or another interview few days later.

The questions were mostly connected to hard skills. There were no "soft" questions like stuff I like or why did I choose this company.
