Interview

One campus interview, one office visit. Initial application online through university platform. The whole process was like 5 to 6 weeks, but there were 4 weeks between the first and second round of interviews. But I got the result pretty fast, only couple of hours after the interview they called me and told me that I got the offer.

Asked a lot of behavioural questions to make sure you are a good fit for the culture, about a time when you encountered a conflict, a time when you were told off by a superior. Generally basic behavioural questions. Be prepared to have a panel interview sometimes

On-campus interview, and then office visit two weeks later. Pre-night dinner downtown to meet a few employees and the recruiters as well. Three interviews in the office visit with senior, manager, and partner. fairly relaxed
