Standard Interview Questions that are detailed on Glassdoor, the HR are extremely polite and spend the time listening to you. The main focus is on you and how you would integrate into the company. I would strongly recommend that you brush up on the company vision and what you will be doing within the team. Reach out to the people at EY via LinkedIn, I felt that these people gave me good insight into what working at EY was like.

The whole process happens through my university. We have to network with the team from very early on and get to have a close relationship to be considered eligible for an interview. Once you have the interview it is pretty conversational, just basically getting to know you more and within a few hours they let you know if you got the job.

Though a career fair. Afterwards, i received a phone call offering the position. This was followed by a form with varying questions such as "why would you like to work in EY?" and "Rate your preferred department" with other basic questions. The offer letter followed through afterwards.
